HabiMat Pilates collects the personal information you provide when booking a class or contacting the studio, such as your name, email address, and phone number. This is used only to manage your bookings, send class-related communication, and respond to enquiries.
If you fill in the health questionnaire (PAR-Q), your answers and signature are stored securely so your instructor can check them before you exercise. Only HabiMat Pilates can see them, and they are never used for anything else.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the studio (for example, payment and email providers, once these are in place).
