Group classes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at The Canyon in Stevenage.
Classes are currently taught by a Pilates instructor in training. The standard of your classes remains high, weaved together with the latest knowledge.

HabiMat Pilates
One class, open to everyone. An hour of mat Pilates that builds strength from the ground up, with a simpler and a stronger option offered for every move, so you work at your level and nobody gets left behind.
Bring with you

- 1 x small towel or blanket
Pilates for anyone and any habitat. A mixed abilities class, with suitable progressions and regressions offered throughout.
